If a payment does not accompany your order, your order will be deleted and products returned to inventory.
SHIPPING
Orders will be processed in 3-4 business days and are shipped via FedEx. Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to arrive after shipping. Your order may arrive via the United States Postal Service even if we ship by FedEx. If you are local, you may make arrangements for pick-up by contacting us directly, but the order must be paid for at the time it is placed.

We are no longer accepting International orders.
All packages are sent insured. Please report damaged items to us within 3 days of receipt and retain damaged product(s) and all packaging for inspection by the carrier's representative.
RETURNS
We love primitives and so many of our customers are new to the primitive world. What you can expect from our items that look time-worn and well-loved. They will be distressed, handpainted, stained, dirtied and grubbied, and just plain made to look very old. Some items will also be slightly different than what is pictured only because of the aging process. The look of primitives is intentional, and are not to be considered defective.
We are sure you will love your items you order from us. If for some reason you are not happy with your items, you must contact Fine Country Living Primitives through our Contact Us button within three days of delivery. All returns must be authorized and our return mailing address will be given at the time of authorizing the return.
All returned items must be sent insured. Authorized returns will then be considered for refunds if returned in the condition it was purchased, in all original packaging, unused and in resellable condition within 7 days of authorization.
Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment or as a store credit for the purchase price of the item minus a 20% restocking fee.
No original shipping costs will be refunded and the customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for returning the insured item.
If any of these conditions are not met, an additional 20% fee will be deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund for returned items that are unsellable, damaged and used.

In an effort to try to prevent spam, we are eliminating typing our email address on our website. We check our email constantly, and will be able to get back to you quickly.
Due to the high number of online sales we receive on a daily basis, we are no longer able to take telephone orders.
